An absolutely wonderful place. It's extremely clean and smells clean as well which is very important. The housekeepers do their jobs very well. The front desk clerk was an incredibly nice man and he made checking in when we were tired an enjoyable experience. He was so helpful, that I would love to tell the manager to promote him. The rooms are so big and come complete with a flat screen tv, microwave, and mini fridge! This place has it all. And it is decorated beautifully. I will recommend this hotel to anyone that is in need of a sanitary place to lay their head. It is perfect for a lone weary traveler or even a family. 100 stars!!!
Exterior, hallways, and lobby were in kind of rough shape, but our room was clean and actually very nice! Beds were comfortable, AC worked fine, good hot water for showering. Lobby staff was helpful during check-in. No elevator, which was a bit inconvenient, but there's only two floors so I can't complain too much. Overall, a great stay for the price!
I absolutely love this hotel! The family running it is very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable while the fridge and microwave work great. It's right next to lots of restaurants and across the street from a convenience store. Sometimes, we hit fast food options and take it back to the hotel. Other times, we eat in at the Crackerbarrel right next door. We'll be back!
We got in late at night and the front desk gal was darling and very helpful. She helped with getting us in touch with a pizza place to get some food delivered. The room was comfortable and the shower was hot - beds were comfortable. We needed a late check out and they were very accommodating. Great experience.
An alarm went off during the middle of the NIGHT!!! MY husband and wake up like it is a FIRE ALARM!! WE determina it the room next to us after about 10 mins. My husband gets dressed and goes downstairs and complains to rhe front desk. The guy says he will take care of it. Well 20 mins goes by- mind you we are now WIDE AWake- !!! My husband gets dressed again and goes back downstairs. The guy at the front desk then realized it was important I guess- REALLY???Checking out I complained again, I guess it was the change of the staff an the was no notes of this " offense ". Humm.
